Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
Lead HR initiatives during periods of structural or cultural change, providing strategic guidance and maintaining employee engagement throughout transitions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leadership, leveraging HR insights to influence business decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Oversee strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development to meet evolving business needs.
Champion a vibrant, inclusive organizational culture, assessing and evolving it to reflect company values and strategic priorities.
Design and implement leadership development and team performance programs to foster continuous learning and skill enhancement across the organization.
Streamline HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with best practices.
Use HR analytics to drive planning, measure HR initiative impact, and continuously improve HR performance.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior HR leadership roles with people management experience.
Proven success in delivering HR initiatives that align with and support business goals.
Experience in leading organizational transformation and effectively managing change.
Strong capability to partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor.
Expertise in programs for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics for HR strategy and decision-making.

Preferred

Preferred experience in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations undergoing transformation or restructuring.
Preferred demonstrated success in driving measurable outcomes in HR initiatives and cultural enhancement.
Preferred strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
