Responsibilities
Challenge existing operating models for improvement, identify gaps, and make the case for change while keeping efficiency and scalability in mind.
Identify key performance indicators for the People Experience team and use these metrics to analyze the organization's success and market competitiveness.
Create data insights on people trends and apply them across the enterprise to support decision-making and outcomes. Regularly review and evaluate the performance of HR programs, giving data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Oversee the deployment and administration of HR systems and technologies.
Proven track record of developing multi-year HR process and technology roadmaps that dramatically enhance the employee experience.
Contributed significantly to the corporate infrastructure due diligence and integration processes.
Navigate and manage the complexity of state-specific employment laws and regulations to maintain compliance throughout our company.
Create and implement a long-term strategy for our company's People Operations that aligns with the PX People Strategy and the company's ambitious commercial goals.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation throughout PX to ensure the organization is ready to scale successfully.
Lead the effective design and implementation of strategic programs in all key HR areas, including employee relations, people analytics, performance management, HR systems and tools, compliance, immigration, and onboarding.
Drive the organization's culture of excellence while educating leaders and teams to embrace organizational change. Collaborate with corporate executives to create a culture in which employees are motivated and engaged, resulting in excellent performance in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Lead and motivate the People Operations team by mentoring and promoting professional growth and development.
Encourage a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes excellent performance. Effectively allocate work while acknowledging and applauding each team member's individual skills.
Create and develop strong cross-functional collaborations that drive business results while instilling a culture of transparency, cooperation, and accountability.
Provide strategic guidance and support to the CPO on all people-related issues.
Serve as a trusted counsel to executives on organizational structure, change management, and employee development.
Set the standard for the firm by conducting yourself with the utmost honesty, professionalism, and discretion.

Required
15+ years of expertise in people operations, including at least 5 years in management.
5+ years of expertise building cross-functional partnerships with organizational leaders in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Finance, and Operations in a high-growth environment.
Experience overseeing the selection and implementation of HR technology solutions like HRIS, ATS, or LMS.
The ability to connect data to results, measure performance, and find opportunities for improvement. Uses data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve HR initiatives.
Proven track record of implementing value-driven, transformational People Operations programs.
Capability to communicate complicated information to a diverse set of stakeholders, including leaders, managers, and employees.
