Minimum of 15 years' experience in financial planning and related roles
Experience preferably in the pharma, biotech, or life sciences industry
Bachelor's degree
Strong business partnering, influencing, and analytical skills
Proven track record of leading and delivering business process improvement initiatives
Deep bio-pharma experience
Adept at working in a global environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
