Responsibilities
Managing the renewal leaders and their respective renewals teams.
Educating customers about the power of Salesloft.
Assessing customer health and finding opportunities to grow/expand customer footprint.
Forecasting revenue based on customer health data.
Creating effective processes.
Fostering and growing talent.
Keeping up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Required
10+ years of renewals/account management/sales experience
7+ years of management experience with experience achieving revenue goals focused on the renewals team and leaders.
Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets
Ability to engage and present to senior leadership
Experience coaching and developing teams
Expertise in negotiating a wide range of complex contracts and legal discussions with a focus on creating win/win options for customers.
Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to build internal partnerships and gain buy-in. Building synergy between renewals & sales.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce is huge plus
