Required
Minimum of 12 years' of progressive sales and/or sales operations experience
At least 6 years' in leadership and people management
Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Proven track record of success in a cross-functional environment
Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales and BI tools
Ability to drive change, ensure best practices, and foster a culture of process innovation
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to lead and support the Sales organization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
