Responsibilities

Hire and develop a revenue operations organizations that scales to $1B and beyond
Build the bench of revenue operations leaders that can drive the company towards scale
Create a culture of collaboration across executive team and within the operations organization
Optimize & grow deal desk function
Manage and grow compensation team
Build cross functional relationships with key partners across the organization
Assist in educating cross functional partners on the enterprise sales journey
Strengthen marketing partnership with focus on out-quarter pipeline metrics
Create a culture of collaboration across executive team and within the operations organization
In partnership with the SVP of Sales, define the key operating metrics, reporting methodology and output to scale the organization to IPO
Define and operationalize the GTM strategy for Cribl across all markets and customer segments
Lead the company in its efforts to identify, size and execute on new revenue streams
Own key work streams like Pricing and Packaging, Segmentation, Revenue plans, etc.
Drive the annual and quarterly planning cycle and communication for the Revenue Organization
Build processes to maximize the existing revenue opportunities across all regions and segments
Develop strategy to transition to a consumption based revenue model

Required

Fluent in revenue strategy and intersection of go-to-market and product strategy
Excellent communicator who’s comfortable advocating at the executive level
First principles thinker who brings a data driven approach to problem solving
Experience leading strategy focused revenue operations organization in B2B software
GTM- Land & Expand Enterprise experience: Account value of >$500K or Fortune 1000 clients
Must have experience managing >10 people, leading leaders
Experience at a company with $100M-500M revenue
