Responsibilities

Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new operational processes with new and existing applications across the go to market organization leading to enhanced automation, improved effectiveness, and increased insights
Foster an organization of continuous process improvement and strategic organizational design.
Grow and scale a team of best-in-class Revenue Operations talent, including ownership of the technology, reporting, processes, and insights
Work collaboratively with other senior leaders to ensure all revenue operations efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning, accounting, marketing, sales, channels, professional services, enablement systems and processes within the company
Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations.
Own the internal technology support desk for troubleshooting end user issues, answer questions, and provide internal training
Ensure system tools accurately represent required information, data is clean, and information is available about the status of the business
Identify risks and potential opportunities to meet planned revenue forecast
Maintain and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses
Work with the wider organization to understand and implement performance measures designed to track and report progress against the sales strategy

Required

7-10 years of experience in a revenue operations function with minimum three years leading individual contributors and five years in a subscription-based business model
Proven track record of success in providing tactical and operational oversight in Revenue Operations within an enterprise software sales environment
Heavily results-oriented; strong track record in meeting and/or exceeding performance targets as a top performing operational leader
Financial background and/or experience in subscription licensing is of value
Proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve productivity and performance in measurable ways
Strong communication skills, including establishing credibility and trust with internal partners and a desire to build influential relationships in the business
Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision – but in an environment where you will know that you are supported
Solid understanding of CRM systems, including Salesforce, and BI analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) to facilitate operational modeling and performance reviews
Strong ability to partner with IT departments to drive change
