Required
Minimum of 15 years' experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or product development
At least 7 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in leading large-scale programs in a SaaS or software development environment
Strong understanding of engineering operations
Expertise in Agile methodologies
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Strong leadership and executive presence
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
Preferred
Master's or MBA
Experience in SaaS product development
Experience with multi-cloud architectures
Experience with integration with third-party services
