Responsibilities
Driving the overall profitability and production goals for a national territory across various wholesaler distribution business units
Working closely with business unit leaders and underwriters to ensure alignment with the company's long-term business appetite
Engaging with regional field leaders
Collaborating with national distribution executives
Maintaining strong relationships with top-tier wholesale distribution partners
Demonstrating advanced knowledge of the insurance industry, its products, and services
Reporting on key performance indicators
Managing a large book of business

Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 15 years of experience in underwriting, sales, marketing, and distribution management
Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry, its products, and services
Expert communication, leadership, and management skills
Proven track record in driving sales results
Proven ability to manage a large book of business
Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced sales and negotiating skills
Ability to build consensus and drive results
Regular reporting on key performance indicators
