Responsibilities

Designs compensation and benefits programs that support the competition for talent and the company’s continued growth.
Responsible for all executive rewards activities, supporting the Chief People Officer and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Provide expertise regarding the strategic design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company’s compensation programs, including base pay, short and long term incentives, and executive compensation.
Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the planning, development, and administration of a Benefits strategy that will attract, engage and retain top talent for the organization. This includes design, implementation, communication, compliance, and evaluation of health & welfare, retirement, paid time-off, mobility and disability plans.
Provides leadership for effective employee wellness programs which are designed to improve the health and well-being of associates.
Manages the effective communication of compensation, benefits and wellness programs to achieve employee awareness, understanding and appreciation of the programs offered.
Develops, implements, and maintains the annual operating budget, ensuring that operations are managed within the established guidelines. Oversees the preparation of the Company budget for salary administration and benefits.

GED or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
