Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive website strategies that support and enhance overall business goals.
Continuously refine and adjust strategies to adapt to changes in the digital landscape and user behavior.
Lead a high-performing hybrid team of internal and external members, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality project delivery.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and alignment with business goals.
Oversee all website-related projects, from conception to launch, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Analyze website performance metrics, user data, and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
Use insights from data to inform strategic decisions, drive enhancements, and achieve business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with technology partners and vendors, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs for current and future website projects.
Ensure all external partners align with project goals and maintain the highest standards of quality and performance.
Stay updated on the latest web technologies, tools, and trends to drive website innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee the development of internal tools to support website operations, analytics, and business goals, leveraging the latest tech stacks and solutions.
Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, IT, Product, and Customer Experience, to create integrated strategies that support website initiatives.
Effectively communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, creating alignment and shared understanding of website strategies and goals.
Work closely with digital marketing teams to ensure that SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising efforts are fully integrated into website strategies.
Implement SEO best practices to optimize website visibility and ranking on search engines.
Ensure that all website content adheres to web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and meets regulatory compliance.
Regularly audit and update web properties to ensure they remain accessible and compliant with evolving standards.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in website strategy, digital marketing, or web development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing and executing website strategies in alignment with business goals.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent, and understanding of CMS implementation and optimization.
Deep knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) practices, digital marketing channels, and web accessibility standards.
Ability to craft and execute website strategies that align with company objectives.
Knowledge of the latest web technologies, analytics tools, and CMS platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage metrics to drive website improvements.
Strong organizational skills to oversee complex projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading and developing a hybrid team of internal and external web developers, designers, content creators, and analysts.
Preferred
