Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Set and achieve revenue targets, sales quotas, and key performance indicators
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing Sales and FAS teams across North America regions
Create and maintain sales forecasts and reporting mechanisms
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
Drive innovation in sales approaches and methodologies
Oversee sales operations, including CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and sales tools
Develop and manage sales budgets and resource allocation
Implement and optimize sales processes and procedures
Collaborate with marketing, product, R&D, project management, and customer success teams

Required

5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
10+ years of sales experience with multinational life sciences enterprises
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
Successful history of direct sales and channel sales management
Bachelor's degree in Biosciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
Superior communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices (Miller Heiman Strategic and Conceptual Selling)
Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven, results-oriented, high-growth culture
Strong problem solving of complex commercial and technical challenges
Managing internal and external stakeholders and expectations

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree
Experience in relevant industry
Global sales experience
Multilingual capabilities
