Responsibilities
Develop and continuously refine a comprehensive business intelligence strategy.
Lead the design and implementation of BI tools and systems, including dashboards and reports.
Exist as a central point of truth for audience reporting, identifying trends and collaborating with operational leadership to agree to and monitor new strategies as necessary.
Define and establish clear KPIs for all departments in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various sources and platforms.
Promote a data-driven culture throughout the organization and improve existing BI processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and facilitate data accessibility.
Oversee a BI team, providing guidance and support in their projects and professional development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI tools and techniques.
Act as a consultative project lead for cross-departmental data initiatives such as privacy updates, balancing the needs of key stakeholders with progress and speed of execution in mind.

Required
A minimum of 15 years of experience in business intelligence or a similar field.
Proven track record of defining and operationalizing KPIs that align with business objectives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions.
Extensive experience with BI tools, data warehousing, and data modeling.
Deep understanding of digital audience analysis in an advertising context
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
