Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Global Head of Index Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans that stimulate growth and interest in MSCI’s Index solutions, particularly in fixed income.
Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments. Conduct market research to identify target segments, understand client needs, and inform product positioning.
Campaign Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth and supporting special initiatives.
Partnership Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with ETF issuers, Exchanges, partners, and associations.
Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and continuously refine strategies based on key metrics.
Value Proposition Development: Develop and refine value propositions for Index products, articulating unique benefits and advantages to target customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, sales, and research teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Multi-Channel Execution: Partner with the Centre of Excellence (COE) team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, events, webinars, and thought leadership.
Budget Management: Manage the allocated budget and report on the ROI of launches and wider campaigns.
