Responsibilities

Be responsible for the technology aspects of the accounts assigned to you.

Serve as referral and point of contact for internal and external technical and non technical stakeholders.

Contribute to the growth of the accounts, looking for new opportunities and support these opportunities.

Being the solutions owner.

Responsible for the quality and rightness of the projects for those accounts.

Build strong relationships with target accounts, key stakeholders, and executive leaders.

Leads the strategic planning process and helps identify and create strategic plans, priorities and timeline to achieve growth targets in alignment with the company’s financial and operational goals.

Lead project teams and project/engagement planning and management for complex full-lifecycle global projects and staff augmentation engagements.

Managing complex engagements, potentially simultaneously, including timeline, budget and people.

Drive delivery of high-quality deliverables, in accordance with client expectations and predetermined timelines and budgets.

Monitoring and addressing project risk mitigation activities to ensure risks are satisfactorily addressed.

Planning and facilitating critical meetings with the client’s leadership teams.

Monitoring clients’ expectations and partnering with senior team members.

Anticipating and addressing customer service requirements.

Provide upward feedback to senior team members, when relevant.

Required

Experience working within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a requirement, specifically within the pharmaceutical and medical technology areas.

12-15 years of overall experience, preferably in Media & Entertainment, Hi-Tech, CPG, Banking, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Insurance, Healthcare within a management consulting firm environment.

Experience of delivering strategy engagements and recommending actionable insights to clients.

Experience working with global teams.

Extensive experience within consulting delivering enterprise scale transformation programs.

Platform development and integration (bespoke and package).

Best practice engineering standards and processes.

Impactful client presentation capabilities, strong problem-solving skills and story-telling techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills (ideally in critical political environments).

A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities.

An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal.

Preferred

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technologist and have a blend of experience across delivery, business development and the practical application of contemporary technologies.

They will have prior consulting experience and will be passionate about technology and its widespread application in business transformation.
