Responsibilities

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cash/liquidity management services at Santander NY branch.

Manage the end-to-end process of the product life cycle from writing business requirements to launch and commercialization.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders and manage projects for product enhancements.

Evaluate new and existing product opportunities, create product materials, and maintain a product roadmap.

Establish operating procedures and policies for new product launches and services in cash management.

Required

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience, in Business, Finance, or a related field.

6+ Years Product Management, Business Development or related experience in large and global Financial Institutions.

SME in cash management products (payments, receivables & liquidity management) and compliance regulations.

Advanced knowledge of budget planning, risk evaluation and product documentation.

Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to quickly learn new software and or systems.

Excellent relationship management, business development and presentation skills.

Ability to maintain and demonstrate high ethical standards and personal integrity to build credibility and trust while enhancing the organization’s reputation.

Ability to translate customer needs into marketable product features.

Self-starter: forward thinking, with a positive/can-do attitude.

Demonstrates the ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth for a specific product.

Demonstrated understanding of product development life cycle.
