Responsibilities
Lead and oversee its diverse account management teams

Required
Minimum of 12 years' experience in account management or commercial customer success
At least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts
Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Salesforce
Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and execute long-term plans
Proactive, results-driven individual with a strategic and forward-thinking approach
Adaptable and resourceful with emotional intelligence
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience in the SaaS, marketing, and influencer marketing industries
