Required
Proven track record of leadership in a corporate development function within a technology or tech-enabled global organization
At least 15 years of extensive transaction experience
Comprehensive background in deal execution
Exceptional negotiation abilities
Talent for creative problem-solving
Experience in mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning
Ability to run multiple projects concurrently
Ability to engage with partners at all levels
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Excellent communication, presentation, and quantitative skills
