Responsibilities
Lead a dynamic team of specialists and analysts in driving growth and enhancing market position through strategic investments and acquisitions.
Shape the future of the company by bringing in new and innovative capabilities, expanding market opportunities, and optimizing the portfolio.

Required
Proven track record of leadership in a corporate development function within a technology or tech-enabled global organization
At least 15 years of extensive transaction experience
Comprehensive background in deal execution
Exceptional negotiation abilities

Experience in mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning
Ability to run multiple projects concurrently
Ability to engage with partners at all levels
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
