Responsibilities

Lead crucial technology and IT projects which are essential to the strategic and operational objectives of the organization

Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships through the development of a strategic roadmap.

Direct the planning and implementation of internal Business systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development in the areas of Sales Operations (Salesforce – CLM, CPQ, Einstein), Operations (Inventory Management & Call Center Support), Finance & Accounting (NetSuite), and Data Warehouse & Reporting (SQL Server & PowerBI).

Develop and manage Business Systems team’s budget. Establish and own the relationship with key partners and vendors.

Drive next generation cloud-based Data Warehouse architecture and design providing AI to drive business decisions.

Participate in the design of the business processes to support our rapid global growth. Partner with key business stakeholders, to drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of commercial applications to support these processes.

Drive the continuous improvement of our business systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency, as well as to improve our customers’ experience.

Lead the team that provides 24/7 support of our production systems, both customer-facing and internal.

Partner with Engineering team to identify and respond to leading indicators for product performance and stability issues.

Work in collaboration with several senior cross-functional leaders & C-level executives to achieve strategic and operational objectives.

Define metrics based on overall business objectives and report performance status monthly, quarterly and annually.

Oversee the development of corporate standards / architectures for all enterprise-wide business system environments to ensure compatibility and integration within multivendor platforms throughout the enterprise.

Ensure a common architecture is consistent with long-term business objectives by participating in the analysis, evaluation and development of long range strategic technology planning.

Lead Applications development and support, Integration and Analytics technologies, which are a mix of both on premise and cloud offerings.

Ensuring the Roadmap is well understood throughout the organization and serve as dynamic lead to manage emerging requirements and initiatives.

Ensure cost-effective design, development, engineering, integration, implementation, testing , and support of all core business systems using a mix of on and off-shore resources

Design, implement and productionalize standard development practices including SDLC, release processes, quality, security (secure coding practices) using Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
