Responsibilities
Oversee, manage, and execute financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.
Partner with business leadership to inherently understand key business drivers and business-specific priorities.
Ability to multi-task high priorities and be agile in approach and tasks.
Prepare timely, accurate financial statements for analysis, providing data to key stakeholders.
Support month-end accounting process, monitoring data, trends and anomalies.
Develop and maintain financial models and projections to support strategic decision-making.
Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
Work with ERP accounting systems (preferably NetSuite) to ensure accurate financial records.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing insights into variances.
Manage a small accounting team, providing guidance and ensuring efficient processes.
Collaborate with the CEO, the board and senior management to drive business performance and financial health.

Required
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
CPA
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
Proven ability in reliable cash forecasting
Understanding of the audit process
Proven experience in FP&A as well as accounting and treasury functions
Strong proficiency in Excel (you are a master in managing, manipulating and working with data in Excel)
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Preferred
MBA
Experience in a segmented business model that deals with a high volume of transactions
Experience in leading a small team
Strong proficiency in ERP accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)
