Responsibilities
Manage the consolidation of the multi-P&L PE portfolio company, including daily management of consolidation tools.
Collaborate with the CFO and leadership to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including financial planning.
Partners with Plant Controllers to support the annual budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial goals.
Partner with Plant Controllers to monitor and analyze financial and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, business case/project analysis and other ad hoc reports.
Develop recurring reporting including dashboards, monthly metrics, and Board materials.
Produces and distributes recurring and ad hoc management reports.
Leads the weekly fulfillment meeting and prepares and distributes resulting flash report.
Carries out special financial planning and analysis projects of a varying nature and complexity.
Assists with creation of analytical tools and models to drive revenue/expense management and efficient processes.
Assists CFO with management of the treasury function and credit agreements.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
4-year degree in financial related field; CPA/MBA preferred
10+ years of applicable work experience in a growth-oriented manufacturing environment
A background working in a manufacturing accounting role is a plus
Experience with hosted Planning solutions and ERP solutions
Advanced Excel skills; should be comfortable with financial modeling and working with large amounts of data
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including outstanding excel and PowerPoint skills to convey data and storylines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with and knowledge of SQL databases and code is a plus
The desire and ability to improve processes.
Preferred
CPA/MBA preferred
