Responsibilities

Develop and execute the portfolio company’s financial strategy, aligning it with business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance Team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.

Serve as a key financial advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations that influence the company's strategic direction.

Collaborate closely with the business units to enhance financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage financial risks.

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, manage risks, and implement effective controls.

Identify and implement improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.

Required

Extensive experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within a private equity, portfolio company, or related financial services environment.

Proven leadership skills with a history of building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively engage with senior management, team members, and external partners.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or related field.
