Responsibilities
Develop and implement the firm’s capital-raising strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, institutional investors, VCs, and private equity funds.
Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of talented associates and analysts, ensuring efficient deal execution and professional growth.
Provide guidance on structuring, marketing, and closing fundraising deals, ensuring timely execution and optimal results.
Stay updated on market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Establish KPIs for the capital-raising team, monitor performance, and deliver regular reports to executive leadership.

Required
7–10 years of experience in capital raising or investment banking.
Proven track record of closing successful fundraising deals.
