Responsibilities
Create strategies to recruit, engage, and retain quality affiliates aligned with network goals and values, ensuring they complement our partner brands.
Creating incentives to join (referral program).
Create communication plans for newly onboarded affiliates to drive engagement and retention and maximize long-term partnerships.
Create strategies to identify networks and brands we have lost or have yet to work with in an attempt to reengage and launch.
Analyze historical data for lost and inactive partners.
Conduct market research to identify untapped brands.
Engage with formerly active brands.
Tap into new markets and offers that can align with our base.
Develop and maintain FlexOffer's reputation as a leader in the affiliate space. Branding and positioning FlexOffer's globally.
Define and communicate 'Who We Are' to build a consistent brand presence within the Affiliate and Sub-Affiliate space. Tell our story.
Secure media coverage in relevant areas (review sites, publications, industry-focused content sites).
Identify possible third-party partnerships (rev-share)
Create a strategy and manage FlexOffers conference calendar. Coordinating speaking engagements, sponsorships, webinars, panels, and networking initiatives.
Develop a strong, professional social media presence.
Develop competitive strategies and messaging that underscore our unique value, attract affiliates and advertisers, and position us prominently in the market.
Conduct analysis of competitor tactics and industry trends to seize growth opportunities and adjust our approach as needed.
Promote our services, tools, people, and products to relevant audiences.
Leverage analytics to evaluate campaign performance, refine affiliate marketing strategies, and share actionable insights with the business team.
Produce regular reports on key metrics to inform strategy adjustments and facilitate data-driven decisions.
Understanding of publisher and advertiser behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Proven ability to use tools (HubSpot) to measure campaign performance, utilize all its abilities, and refine strategies.
Optimize budget allocation for campaigns, conventions, tech enhancements, and affiliate incentives based on ROI.
Manage resources successfully to support team expansion and ensure the scalability of critical projects.
Collaborate with the tech team to enhance the platform's user experience, addressing any concerns or limitations. Ability to bridge gaps between marketing, sales, and technical teams.
Experience implementing automation to reduce roadblocks and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement an SEO/SEM strategy.
Keyword Optimization.
Improve site speed and mobile friendliness and solve any issues.
Create and manage content strategy.
Create video strategy and manage responsibilities.
Paid Advertising.
Create and manage Social Media strategy.
Optimize Landing Pages.
Improve user experience.
Lead and Mentor the Marketing Team. Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to help team members reach their full potential.
Clearly communicate vision and strategies, aligning structure, people, processes, and technology to achieve goals.
Skilled in driving cross-departmental initiatives.
Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation within the company.
Deep understanding of affiliate marketing trends, key players, and compliance regulations. Sub-affiliate a plus.
Insights into industries relevant to the network (e.g., emerging markets, retail, or technology).
Proven success in leading B2B marketing strategies, setting clear goals, and driving team performance.
Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, leverage emerging technologies, and innovate marketing strategies.

Required
15+ years of B2B affiliate marketing / SaaS arena and Business Development leadership experience with a proven track record of using the full spectrum of affiliate marketing and BDR functions to maximize the volume and quality of marketing generated and influenced leads.
Affiliate Marketing Experience (a must)
Domain expertise across the multi-cloud ecosystem platforms, and services.
Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing affiliate marketing teams within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
In-depth knowledge and experience using the full spectrum of Marketing competencies to maximize both lead quantity and quality.
Proactive approach to collaborating with key leaders and stakeholders across the business, supplementing gaps in your knowledge with subject matter expertise and support when needed.
Strong analytical and writing skills, along with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on mindset and a passion for maximizing ROI and impact.
Sharp problem-solving skills and a knack for negotiation, with an eye for resolution.
Must have the ambition, drive, and work ethic to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Experience with leading and building teams

Experienced working on a remote setting environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
