Required
8+ years of experience in customer-facing customer success field with experience in B2B SaaS fintech credit space
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Passion for customer service and building relationships by delivering on value.
Demonstrable track record of successfully renewing and expanding enterprise accounts.
Highly organized, and have experience managing productivity metrics and renewals using Salesforce
Communication skills with ability to connect with and influence Senior Management and C- Level
Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Passion for driving revenue and growth
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
