Responsibilities

Develop actionable insights across business areas, including growth, costs, quality, and experience, with a focus on improving outcomes for patients and clinicians.

Partner with operational and clinical leaders to finalize the design of clinician scorecards, and work with Data and Strategic Finance teams to enhance current data capabilities.

Collaborate with Informatics, Engineering, and Data Product teams to ensure seamless data flow into and out of their enterprise platform.

Leverage existing data infrastructure to create dashboards, individual clinician scorecards, and build out new metrics to monitor key business indicators.

Serve as a thought leader to market leaders, guiding them in using data to make informed decisions and measuring the impact of those decisions in real time.

Help grow the broader analytics team and function.

Required

8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and insights development.

Strong track record of working with advanced data visualization tools and languages (SQL, Python, Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI).

Expertise in transforming complex datasets into clear insights, applying business context even in unfamiliar situations.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Understanding of emerging technology and analytics trends.
