Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Midwest Territory.
Identify and engage with prospective fertility clinics, building strong, long-term relationships.
Present and promote CryoFuture's products and services to fertility clinics and reproductive health professionals.
Provide expert consultation to clients, leveraging your knowledge of fertility clinic operations and embryology.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in cryopreservation and fertility services.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities to executive leadership.
As a lead ambassador for CryoFuture, you will embody the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree in Embryology or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the fertility clinic industry.
Strong understanding of fertility clinic operations and the needs of reproductive health professionals.
Background in embryology or related scientific field is highly desirable.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel within the Midwest Territory as needed.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
Advanced degree in Embryology or a related discipline.
