Responsibilities
Develop and implement a growth-focused business development strategy, aligning with company objectives.
Build relationships with pharmaceutical/biotech companies to secure new contracts and partnerships.
Identify new markets, services, and opportunities to grow the company’s presence.
Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects and high customer satisfaction.
Track and analyse business development metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Required
10+ years of experience in business development within the CRO industry.
Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and secure high-value contracts.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and industry trends.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in scientific field
