Responsibilities

Opportunity assessments informing Oath’s investment decisions to drive revenue growth within the agriculture, forestry, and grassland sectors

Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand the market presence of Oath Soil Life including integrated carbon offers

Develop network of regional and local go-to-market and/or commercial trialing partners as required by Oath's business expansion plan

Prepare detailed reports on market analysis, business development activities, and regulatory compliance efforts

Design, coordinate, implement and analyze nursery and field trials to validate the efficacy of Oath Soil Life in various environments

Provide scientific support for commercial development by leveraging expertise in soil health, microbiome and sustainability science

Offer technical support and training to clients and partners, ensuring proper application and maximizing the product’s impact on soil health, crop yields and quality as well as carbon sequestration

Oversee all regulatory compliance activities related to Oath Soil Life, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations including field release and commercialization permits as well as product registrations

Provide regular updates on project progress, including milestones achieved and challenges encountered

Monitor changes in regulatory environments and update strategies accordingly to maintain compliance and competitive advantage
