Responsibilities
Lead generation—Identify, research, and develop leads
Qualify or disqualify leads from marketing / social campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact prospects through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
Hold meetings and calls with prospective and existing clients to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with prospects and Subject Matter Experts on designing solutions to challenges
Develop and present proposals to prospective and current clients
Negotiate and close new consulting engagements

Required
5+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
Proven track record of high-performance in a sales function such as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar role
Hands-on experience with prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel 25% for client visits and sales meetings
Preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing, private equity, or management consulting industries
Experience in a consulting or start-up environment
