Vice President of Channel Partner Sales

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive Channel and Alliance strategy aligned with Shokworks’ vision
Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow strategic partners
Design and execute partner programs, including training, certification, and incentive structures
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Engineering teams to align and support partner initiatives
Establish and nurture relationships with key partners to expand Shokworks’ partner network
Develop and execute joint GTM plans with partners, including pipeline development and marketing
Prepare reports and analyses on sales performance and key indicators

Required
5-7 years of experience in Channel Partner Sales for IT tech solutions
Autonomy, a results-driven mindset, and a strong track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets
Proven experience in recruiting, managing, and growing sales with partners
