Responsibilities

Workflows: Own and evolve the day-to-day workflows for our Commercial (i.e. Revenue and Account Management) team

Metrics: Own tracking and action planning for key metrics across our Commercial team

Training: Own the creation and updating of training materials to improve outcomes for the Commercial team

Tools: Optimize and manage tools such as Salesforce and Chorus to support sales and account management activities

Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the commercial team and other departments

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in Revenue or Commercial Operations in a SaaS or technology business

Prior experience at other high-growth, venture-backed start-ups

Expertise in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiency

Skilled in making informed decisions swiftly, balancing data insights with business acumen

Skilled in identifying potential challenges early, proactively raising flags, and devising preemptive strategies to mitigate risks and prevent disruptions

Strong commitment to holding teams accountable for achieving results

Effective at fostering collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring seamless execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives

Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
