Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
Build and mentor a high-performing development team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
10+ years of experience in utility-scale solar and solar+storage development
Proven success in managing large project pipelines to completion
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Expertise in U.S. renewable energy markets and regulatory processes
