Responsibilities
Build, own, and implement a robust and diverse performance marketing strategy.
Drive a digital roadmap designed to significantly impact lead generation and new client acquisition.
Lead digital marketing efforts across paid social, paid search, SEO, programmatic, online video, emerging media, and integrated direct response campaigns.
Develop challenger models, pod structure, and team incentive models to award performance in partnership with Finance and People Team.
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of a growing marketing budget with a results-oriented approach.
Establish and manage day in and day out testing-and-learning / A v B testing plans to continuously improve and optimize media investments.
Report performance to senior leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis - highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement.
Partner closely with cross-functional and departmental peers including the Brand, Content, Creative, Offline, Data Science, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product teams to maximize new client conversion.
Partner with the Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to drive iterations of media mix modeling, utilizing data to inform decisions and drive our business.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
15 years’ experience in digital performance marketing required, with 5 years’ experience managing large teams.
Expertise with Google Ads / PPC / Facebook / Instagram / YouTube / TikTok / Display Remarketing and other major performance marketing channels.
Knowledgeable and possess high emotional intelligence.
Lives by a standard of excellence and strives to develop a team with similar attributes – track record of hiring, managing, and leading high-performing teams.
Creative thinker that is constantly on the pulse of new and innovative opportunities to facilitate growth.
Entrepreneurship approach and has a high sense of urgency to achieve and exceed expectations.
Proven ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights, and a thorough understanding of cross-channel attribution.
Ability to think strategically across the short, medium, and long term while obsessing over the details, and a love of investigating evolving media trends and technology to serve your brand.
Thoughtful, collaborative leadership with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
Experience overseeing a large marketing budget, and holistically managing spend allocation across channels
Preferred
Specific marketing channel certification or direct experience preferred.
