Responsibilities

Build and lead a top-tier utility scale solar and battery storage engineering team, prioritizing project quality and deployment efficiency in collaboration with company leadership.

Support business development and estimating by conducting project specification reviews.

Contract and coordinate external engineering consultants, oversee project kickoffs, and lead drawing reviews to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

Establish a culture of continuous improvement for enhanced company efficiency and engineering quality, including the optimization of current team processes.

Define processes, metrics, and resource allocation across programs to align with strategic goals and provide necessary technical training.
