The transition of technologies from R&D to commercialization, ensuring efficient concept development and product release.
Closely with R&D, product management, and manufacturing teams to drive successful product commercialization from concept to market.
Global Engineering teams with strategic direction aligned to company goals and growth objectives.
Implement innovative engineering strategies and processes to drive product development and transformation in fuel cell power systems.
A culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the Engineering team and across the enterprise.
The design, development, and optimization of fuel cell technology to meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.
The entire product lifecycle, ensuring delivery of timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Technical guidance on complex engineering challenges related to fuel cell systems.
Abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and innovation strategies.
Closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of engineering efforts with business objectives.
As a key liaison between the Systems Engineering department and other functional areas to facilitate communication and ensure on-time delivery of complex projects with large capital investments.
And maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory agencies.
The company in industry conferences, forums, and events to showcase technical expertise and thought leadership in clean energy systems.
Enhance knowledge and skills in clean energy technologies, leadership, and systems engineering.

15+ years of experience leading complex engineering projects
Commercializing new products
Expertise in systems engineering with multi-disciplinary teams
Experience in power, aerospace, or hydrogen fuel cell industries
Translate market requirements into actionable product specifications
