Responsibilities
Creating a roadmap each week for all pending tasks/features.
Working with our engineers to set deadlines.
Reviewing code to ensure high quality.
Questioning each task and removing all unnecessary parts of the scope to ensure fastest possible delivery time.
Ensuring that we can complete tasks on a predictable basis, and if we are not meeting these deadlines, making the necessary changes so that we do.
You will be responsible for our team's ability to meet deadlines. If deadlines are missed, this will be your responsibility.

Required
Proven track record of managing engineering teams to ship product on a predictable basis.
Sense of extreme urgency.
Self-motivated.
You must be able to read and write code, and be willing to jump in when necessary.
Fluent English.
Preferred
Be on US Eastern time zone (or Western Europe time zone).
Experience with Golang & NextJs.
