Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on long-term growth and profitability
Operational Finance: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to deliver timely and accurate financial insights to leadership
Audit Management: Lead and manage the annual audit process, ensuring compliance and readiness for all financial reviews
Cash Flow & Capital Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital, implementing strategies to ensure financial stability
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team, driving accountability and alignment with company objectives
Financial Maturity: Implement systems, controls, and processes to bring financial rigor and maturity to a start-up environment
Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide actionable insights and recommendations using advanced financial modeling and analysis
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement effective risk management policies

Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a VP or similar role
Experience managing annual audits and preparing for external financial reviews
Strong track record of scaling financial operations and introducing financial maturity in start-up or high-growth environments
Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including managing recurring revenue or subscription-based business models
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning specific to subscription or SaaS revenue streams
Preferred
MBA or CPA
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams is a plus
