Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with short- and long-term goals.

Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning, fundraising, and market expansion efforts.

Provide actionable insights into business performance to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

Oversee all aspects of accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GAAP standards, and tax obligations.

Optimize financial processes, implementing systems and tools to support scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to evaluate ROI on investments, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations for market opportunities, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends to support continuous improvement.

Serve as the financial lead in fundraising activities, including preparing materials and engaging with investors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring transparency and trust.

Communicate the company’s financial performance and outlook to stakeholders.

Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Mentor and develop team members, enabling professional growth and operational excellence.
