Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting the homeschool education community.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve performance targets.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing department.
Allocate resources effectively across campaigns, projects, and partnerships to maximize impact.
Oversee the development of multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and events.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through personalized and impactful campaigns.
Partner with product and sales teams to create educational content, sales enablement materials, and targeted promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with homeschool organizations, influencers, and communities.
Develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and credibility within the homeschool market.
Represent the company at homeschool conferences, expos, and other relevant events.
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and enhance ROI.
Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to refine tactics.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the education sector, preferably within the homeschool market.
In-depth knowledge of the homeschool community, trends, and challenges.
Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms.
