Responsibilities

Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 12-15 years' of HR experience
At least 5 years' in a leadership role
Deep understanding of labor laws
Knowledge of HR best practices
Experience in talent management strategies
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive culture that supports a remote work environment
Experience managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
Experience managing HR functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proficiency in HR software and systems, including payroll and benefits administration tools
Preferred
SHRM-SCP or HRCI certification
Experience within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
