Vice President of Janitorial Sales

Responsibilities
Build a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned territory and provide inside sales with knowledge they may not have through the CRM system
Attend all prequalification calls set by inside sales to ensure they are a business fit
Set & attend all on-site visits with clients
Build necessary pricing, SOW’s, or other documents needed for an accurate proposal
Build proposal utilizing templates within Proposify, filling in and customizing necessary sections
Utilize CRM to log all sales emails, calls, and stages of prospects throughout the pipeline
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

Required
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the janitorial or facility services industry.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM.
Experience with lead generation and prospect engagement.
Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, specifically a goal of $3M in net new revenue per year.
Experience in preparing pricing, proposals, and SOWs.
Ability to work collaboratively with inside sales teams.
Preferred
Experience with Zoominfo Intent for prospect engagement.
Experience in developing and leading a team of business development representatives.
Familiarity with Proposify for proposal creation.
