Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored learning experiences for government-sponsored programs (e.g. digital apprenticeships, cybersecurity training).
Collaborate with partners such as Amazon to reskill frontline workers for data and tech roles.
Ensure learning programs incorporate case studies, real-world applications, and adaptive content to meet diverse learner needs and regulatory standards.
Drive quality, engagement, and impact in all learning programs, using data and learner feedback to continuously refine content.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior learning designers and content developers, ensuring they push creative and instructional boundaries.
Foster a high-performance team culture, where team members continuously improve and are held to high standards.
Provide leadership to calibrate learning content with program operations, ensuring alignment across teams without relying on operational oversight.
Drive creativity and boundary-pushing efforts in new program areas (e.g. healthcare, operations leadership)
Develop and implement strategies for scalable innovation, using AI tools, no-code platforms, and analytics to optimize learning outcomes.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in L&D and EdTech, identifying opportunities to integrate these into Correlation One’s programs.
Act as a consultative leader with government, nonprofit, and private-sector partners to ensure learning programs meet their workforce goals.
In collaboration with Correlation One’s Data team, build custom dashboards and reporting frameworks to track learner progress, job placements, and program impact, delivering insights to stakeholders.
Proactively manage expectations with government sponsors and partners, ensuring alignment and clear communication on program success metrics.

Required
Deeply informed about the workforce development space, regularly consuming and sharing industry insights to improve the quality of learning experiences.
Strong technical acumen and conversant in data science, AI, and generative AI education, understanding how these technologies impact enterprise training and development.
Strong background in consulting with a focus on learning strategy and curriculum development.
Ability to act as a learning strategist, advising clients on cohort and program design.
Strong capability to tailor content to meet specific client needs, including the use of assessments to gauge learner skill levels and adjust curricula accordingly.
Proven ability to engage with government and enterprise clients, understand their needs, and translate those needs into effective, customized learning solutions.
Expertise in data literacy learning design and a solid grasp of workforce development practices.
Ability to lead client interactions, gather necessary information for curriculum customization, and ensure that content delivery aligns with client-specific technologies and needs.
Strong background in managing educational technologies and driving innovation in content and delivery methods.
Experience in product management or developing digital learning platforms.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ability to maintain high standards in content delivery while seeking opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall learning experience.
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and content quality.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex initiatives from inception to completion.
A 'can do' attitude, with the ability to proactively address client challenges and ensure the team is responsive to client needs.
Adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that content adjustments and approvals are made swiftly and effectively to meet client expectations.
