Required
Minimum of 6 years' legal experience
Strong background in corporate, employment, and commercial law
Proven track record in managing complex contracts and compliance issues
Experience in advising on ethical data practices
Experience in leading equity management
Experience in overseeing legal setup in international markets, particularly Canada and India
Strong leadership skills
Experience in managing cross-functional teams

Admitted to a state bar in good standing
