Required
5+ years in mortgage lending with at least 2 years leading a high-performing team.
Demonstrated ability to produce high loan volumes and drive results under tight timelines.
Expertise in FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo, and niche products, with an eye for growth opportunities.
Operates with a sense of urgency and thrives in a results-oriented environment.
Skilled in creating and implementing processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
