Responsibilities
Develop and execute an agile marketing strategy that supports Mastercam’s growth objectives, focusing on market expansion, brand development, and digital transformation.
Collaborate with the executive and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to design and implement go-to-market strategies that highlight the unique value and competitive advantages of Mastercam’s solutions.
Develop strategies for new products, product updates, features, capabilities, and target market segments to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
Drive research, competitive analysis, and ROI assessments to capitalize on market trends and opportunities, and leverage AI tools for data analysis where applicable.
Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs across all marketing functions, refining approaches based on data-driven insights.
Position Mastercam as a thought leader in the CAD/CAM manufacturing through strategic PR, content and digital outreach.
Oversee brand consistency across global channels and platforms, ensuring that all marketing materials and sales collateral reflect a cohesive brand identity.
Develop and execute high-quality campaigns that boost brand recognition, with an emphasis on using AE tools to create engaging and impactful content.
Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, SEO, SEM, social media, events, trade shows, webinars) to drive lead acquisition and pipeline growth, using AI and automation tools to maximize effectiveness.
Collaborate with regional and global sales teams and Channel Partners to develop lead nurturing strategies, ensuring efficient lead handoff and optimization of the marketing-to-sales funnel.
Continuously assess and improve marketing automation systems to enhance lead tracking, ROI, and data insights.
Partner with Product Management to establish compelling product positioning and messaging that underscores Mastercam’s unique value, benefits, differentiation, and relevant use cases to strengthen the product marketing focus.
Direct product launch strategies, encompassing competitive positioning, pricing strategies, sales enablement, and go-to-market plans.
Leverage customer insights to refine marketing messaging and ensure alignment with current market needs, utilizing AI-driven analysis where beneficial.
Oversee digital marketing efforts across web, SEO, SEM, and social media, using AI to optimize digital channels for better engagement and lead generation.
Manage digital content creation, driving traffic and engagement, and ensuring alignment with demand generation and brand goals.
Use analytics and data tools to monitor campaign effectiveness, applying insights to continuously improve digital strategies and execution.
Establish a data-driven marketing operations function to streamline processes, support analytics, and enhance measurable performance.
Oversee the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, AI tools) to ensure data accuracy, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the marketing department, ensuring efficient use of resources and technology.
Build and lead a high-performing, agile marketing team focused on data-driven results, professional excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Assess and develop team capabilities by identifying talent needs, fostering skill growth, and promoting professional development within the department.
Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration, leveraging AI and emerging tools to enhance productivity and raise the quality of deliverables.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing strategies align with broader company objectives, driving seamless execution across departments.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
15+ years of marketing experience, including 10+ years in senior global leadership roles managing diverse, multicultural team within the B2B software, SaaS, or manufacturing industry.
Proven record of driving growth through innovative, results-oriented marketing strategies, in technology-driven environments.
Comprehensive expertise across digital, demand generation, product marketing, and brand development with hands-on experience with using automation, CRM, AI, and analytics platforms.
Skilled in traditional and digital marketing approaches, including PR, publishing, event management, and integrated campaign execution.
Industry-recognized speaker and published thought leader in marketing or technology, demonstrating thought leadership and influence.
Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), AI/analytics tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite to support data-driven strategies and efficient content creation.
Experience with cloud/SaaS product marketing and a solid understanding of best practices for promoting emerging technologies and modern digital solutions.
