Responsibilities
Develop and execute acquisition strategies in and out of broker network to drive growth and expand our network of dental practices.
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, conducting thorough due diligence to assess compatibility and value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practice owners, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired practices.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Any other tasks as needed.

Required
5+ years of experience in the Dental Industry
3+ years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions with a Dental Service Organization
Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
