Responsibilities

Team Recruitment & Retention : Attract, onboard, and retain high-performing Loan Officers and teams who are licensed in one of Mach Mortgage's licensed states, or work with leadership to expand into new states where established teams are located.

Production Oversight : Ensure all recruited Loan Officers meet or exceed a minimum monthly production of $1 million, supported by valid proof of volume.

Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement strategies to support sustained growth and loan production across all teams.

Operational Leadership : Oversee sales operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Market Expansion : Identify opportunities for growth in new markets, aligning licensing efforts with the recruitment of high-performing teams.

Partnership Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to support business objectives.

Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns for recruiting and business development.

Performance Management : Establish and track KPIs for Loan Officers and teams, ensuring they align with company goals and industry best practices.
