Responsibilities
Spearhead the scalability and excellence of its product and service delivery
Ensure operational excellence in both patient and provider experiences
Drive business results, including growth and margin expansion
Deliver a premium end-to-end care experience that is efficient and supportive
Focus on key performance indicators including member retention, engagement, and LTV, margin, NPS, word-of-mouth growth, patient health outcomes, and the quality and consistency of service delivery

Required
At least 15 years of work experience, with a mix of multi-site healthcare, clinical and business operations, and strategic roles
A minimum of 8 years in a clinical operations capacity
A successful track record of driving change and clinical outcomes through influential leadership and data-driven insights
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional organizational abilities

Strong communication skills
Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations
Comfort with setting and meeting ambitious goals
