Preferred
10+ years of proven success in operational leadership roles across multiple North American industrial service locations.
Demonstrated expertise in achieving operational results through effective goal setting, high energy, KPI management, and operational cadence.
Strong collaborative skills with a history of achieving results by working through teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience in industrial services leadership, particularly in areas such as boiler systems, pumps, compressors, or motors, is highly desirable.
Strong commitment to safety, unwavering integrity, and steadfast resolve.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Background in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Valid passport and driver’s license.
